Leadership Impact Index
The Leadership Impact Index (LII) is a validated nine‑question assessment developed by the Mayo Clinic to evaluate leadership behaviors and their impact on team well‑being, engagement, and professional fulfillment. Used by the Office of Professionalism, the LII helps faculty leaders establish leadership baselines and identify targeted opportunities for growth in areas such as communication, inclusion, empowerment, and professional development.
