3.        Respect: Contributing to a culture of mutual support, critical consciousness, and continued growth where individual differences are valued and people feel respected 

4.        Excellence: Developing, maintaining, and applying our ability to meet our responsibilities as health professionals across different domains and contexts

The Office of Professionalism exists to empower all individuals (faculty and staff) to contribute successfully, practice ethically, and excel in the pursuit of advancing research, education and patient care based on our values of Safety (S), Honesty (H), Accountability (A), Respect (R), and Professionalism (P).

Our vision is to foster a transformative culture grounded in integrity, respect, and collaboration, where the highest standards of professional conduct are consistently upheld.
