Faculty Coaching
The Office of Professionalism (OOP) offers confidential, one‑on‑one coaching to support faculty professional growth, leadership development, and career advancement. Coaching is available through a network of vetted external physician coaches as well as certified internal WCM faculty coaches, providing flexible 3‑, 6‑, or 12‑month engagements tailored to individual and departmental needs.

One on One Consultations
The Office of Professionalism offers confidential, one‑on‑one consultations for WCM faculty seeking guidance, support, or resources related to professionalism. These consultations provide a space to ask questions, discuss concerns, and navigate challenges unique to academic medicine and healthcare environments. Services include confidential awareness conversations, leadership coaching and education, professionalism training and workshops, and guidance on Weill Cornell Medicine policies.
