Program Overview
Faculty are invited to register for this one-day professional development conference, designed to build essential interpersonal competencies for academic and clinical leadership. The program was developed in direct response to WCM survey data, which identified negotiation, conflict management, and feedback as among the highest-priority skill areas across departments and divisions.
The conference offers immersive, expert-facilitated workshops in a condensed Saturday format, providing substantive professional development while minimizing disruption to clinical and research responsibilities.

Space is limited. We encourage faculty to register promptly to secure a place.
***$35 deposit required to confirm registration.***
• Deposit will be fully refunded to attendees.
• Refunds will be processed on Monday, October 26, 2026 (the Monday following the conference).
• Participants who do not attend will forfeit the deposit.
• Payable to: Weill Cornell Medicine Office of Faculty Development.
• Registration deposits must be received by October 5, 2026.
