Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
WCM Employee Resource Groups are action-oriented, employee-led voluntary communities designed to promote inclusion, belonging, resource sharing, and awareness across the organization. ERGs provide opportunities for employees to connect, offer thoughtful perspectives on complex business and societal challenges, and engage in meaningful dialogue. Through programming and initiatives, ERGs foster professional growth, strengthen engagement, cultivate a spirit of belonging, and support the mission of Weill Cornell Medicine.

Thought Leadership Program
The Thought Leadership Training Program is a collaborative initiative between the Office of External Affairs’ Communications, Marketing, and Public Affairs division and the Office of Professionalism that equips Weill Cornell Medicine faculty to communicate effectively with the public about medicine and science. Offered at no cost to full‑time faculty and geared toward early‑career faculty while remaining open to all ranks, the program provides hands‑on media and communication training through three in‑person courses totaling eight hours. Led by the WCM public relations team and external experts, the program supports faculty engagement across multiple media platforms.

WCM Leadership & Policy Academy
The WCM Leadership Academy was developed to provide leaders at WCM with best practice tools for developing both general and institution specific skills in leading a team to foster growth and promoting professional accountability, whether in times of triumph or challenge. The Academy introduces modules dedicated to learning WCM policies and practices with the goal of equipping our leaders with the skills needed to embrace the potential within people and processes and enhancing the culture of courageous leadership.

Women of Weill Cornell Medicine (WoW) Leadership Networking
The Women of Weill Cornell Medicine (WoW) Leadership Networking Program is a dynamic, cohort-based experience designed for faculty and staff leaders across WCM. Through monthly meetings, networking opportunities, and shared dialogue, participants explore the unique challenges and opportunities faced by women in leadership roles. The program fosters a supportive community, encourages professional growth, and strengthens leadership connections across the institution. The program is open to WCM faculty and staff in leadership roles with at least one direct report. Participation is limited, and interested leaders are encouraged to apply; submission of interest does not guarantee placement.
