Coaching is emerging as a powerful tool in medical education. Yet faculty rarely have opportunities to practice and receive feedback on coaching skills. This hands-on workshop will introduce an adapted coaching framework and provide faculty with the opportunity to practice their coaching skills through SimCoach, a set of cases harnessing an AI-powered simulated learner, developed through an institutional partnership between WCM and Sketchy DDx, an educational technology company. We recommend joining the session from a laptop or desktop computer.
