The Faculty Ombudsman Office offers a safe and informal place where faculty and staff at Weill Cornell Medical College and Graduate School of Medical Sciences may discuss problems or issues related to the faculty. Concerns about situations that interfere with productive work or study may involve a colleague, advisor, instructor, or co-worker. The Ombudsman assists visitors in a variety of ways consistent with our mission. Overall, the Ombudsman is an advocate for fairness and equity.
