The Annual Faculty Review will close on October 19, 2026. No exceptions or extensions will be given.
To access the Annual Faculty Review, please go to the website https://asms.weill.cornell.edu. Please ensure you have Duo set up to log in.
This year's training on how to complete the Annual Faculty Review process as a Department Chair, Division Chief, Center Director, or Designee was held on April 9, 2026. It is available for viewing HERE along with the slides to accompany the recording HERE.
